Job description
IQVIA seeks a Virtual Patient Educator to educate patients on diabetes treatments and support adherence from a home office. The role conducts one-on-one outreach via phone, video, email, and SMS under program guidelines without providing medical advice.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or BSN and 3+ years as a CDE or CDCES, plus strong diabetes care knowledge, examplary communication, and remote-work readiness. The schedule is Monday–Friday with ET hours, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
