Job description
MDW Associates seeks a part-time Director to establish and lead the Acquisition & Financial Management Center of Excellence (AFCOE) across the MDW federal portfolio. This remote leadership role will work with DoD, IC, NASA, and other agencies to elevate practices and workforce quality.
The Director will mentor senior professionals, develop playbooks and criteria, and coordinate with recruiting, contracts, and program control to enable strategic capture and proposal support.
