Job description
Milliman’s CMH Health practice seeks a Director of Products & Engineering to build a new Pharmacy Platform from 0 to 1 and scale it. You will own the outcome, collaborate with pharmacists and actuaries, and lead a team of AI product engineers to deliver client-focused solutions.
You will set the strategy, guide architecture decisions, and drive commercial results, including pricing, pilots, renewals, and expansion, while upholding data privacy and AI governance.
