Job description
GAF is seeking a Director of Automation and Control Systems to guide the Automation & Controls team, partnering with engineering to drive continuous improvement and innovation. You will influence capital planning and ensure cross-functional alignment with manufacturing optimization initiatives while sustaining production support.
You will lead a team across multiple locations, manage budgets and projects, and promote a culture of safety and integrity with customers and vendors.
