GAF seeks a Director of Automation and Control Systems to lead the Automation & Controls team across multiple manufacturing locations. You will shape capital planning, guide cross‑functional collaboration with IT, R&D, and engineering, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
This role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 10+ years in manufacturing, with proven leadership of complex automation projects. A strong customer‑oriented, safety‑minded mindset is essential.
