Job description
Capital One is seeking a Director, Branded Network Business Development (Remote-Eligible) to lead front-end deal cycles, negotiate partnerships, and drive issuer bank adoption across the Discover Network.
In this hands-on role, you will build and lead a cross-functional team, align sales, finance, strategy, product, and operations, and travel up to 75% as needed to seal strategic agreements. You will mentor a growing team and shape GTM strategies to deliver long-term network growth.
