Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. You will partner with leaders to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support M&A integrations while delivering exceptional client service.
The role requires active P&C licensure, CPCU/CIC designations preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency. Remote-friendly with on-site needs per policy.
