Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. You’ll partner with regional leadership to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate client service across the brokerage.
Remote role with Central Time hours; on occasion, onsite may be required per policy. Must hold active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designations; 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large agency.
