Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive efficiency and client outcomes across the organization.
The role requires 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage, an active P&C license, plus CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
