Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and drive performance across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation preferred, and 5–7+ years in commercial lines operational leadership within a large brokerage or agency.
