Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial P&C operations. You will partner with Divisional and Regional leadership to drive standardized workflows, improve processes, and support growth across the organization.
The role requires active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in a large brokerage environment. Strong communication and change leadership skills are essential for success in a matrixed organization.
