Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial P&C operations with emphasis on standardization, efficiency, and scale. This remote-friendly role supports the central time zone and may require onsite presence for critical needs per policy.
The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of leadership in a large insurance brokerage, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation is strongly preferred.
