Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive standardized workflows, and guide M&A integration initiatives. This fully remote role supports centers across the country with preferred Central Time Zone hours and occasional onsite needs for collaboration.
Active P&C license and CPCU/CIC are strongly preferred, with 5–7+ years in a major brokerage setting.
