Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines who will act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. The role partners with leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth while guiding producers and operations teams toward best practices.
Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years of leadership in Commercial Lines, hold an active P&C license, and a CPCU/CIC designation is strongly preferred.
