Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and standardize workflows across the brokerage. You will partner with Divisional and Regional leadership to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and profitability, while guiding strategic initiatives and best practices.
The role requires 5–7+ years in leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation or equivalent, with strong collaboration and change-management skills.
