Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and drive standardization across the brokerage. This role partners with divisional leaders to optimize workflows, service delivery, and performance while guiding strategic initiatives and integration efforts.
The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in operational leadership within a large insurance broker, a P&C license, and CPCU/CIC (or equivalent).
