Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C and agency operations. This role partners with divisional leadership to drive strategy, standardize workflows, and scale operations across the network.
Ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, CPCU and/or CIC preferred, and strong change management, analytics, and stakeholder skills.
