Gilbane Development Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Development - Higher Education Partnerships to lead and expand our HE-P3 subvertical focused on P3 development opportunities within the Higher Education sector.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven record in early-stage partnership development, lead complex transactions, and manage a decentralized team of business development professionals; travel 30–50% nationwide; remote work is possible.
