Job description
Ethos is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to shape AI-driven presentation workstreams and lead acquisition, divestiture, and partnership efforts for live transactions. Flexible, part-time schedule with 5-20 hours per week and a remote arrangement.
You will craft executive-level decks, evaluate targets, and refine AI-generated materials for board approvals, synergy analysis, and integration planning. Immediate start preferred for an experienced corporate development leader.
