Job description
Lonza is seeking a Director, Automation Lead to shape the automation strategy for a U.S. growth project in GMP environments. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, MSAT, IT/OT, Quality, and EHS, driving commissioning, CSV, and handover to the future site team.
You will define the automation architecture, manage vendors, and advance a digital manufacturing roadmap while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across complex facilities.
