Job description
Kettle & Fire is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Commercial Finance to be the finance partner behind our commercial growth. This role requires building pricing architecture, trade spend discipline, and profitable top-line growth across Sales, Marketing, and Innovation.
Reporting to the VP of Finance with one direct report, this role can be hybrid in Austin, TX or remote anywhere in the continental US. You will translate economics into actionable plans and drive performance.
