Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national commercial lines operations, standardize workflows, and drive performance across the agency. This role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to optimize operational effectiveness and deliver exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation (preferred).
