Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to serve as a national SME, driving operational excellence, workflow standardization, and growth across the agency. This remote role requires strong leadership and a track record in large brokerages.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC designation (or equivalent) and 5–7+ years of leadership in Commercial Lines, with experience in M&A integration, EPIC systems, and matrix leadership.
