Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to guide national Commercial P&C operations from a remote-based leadership role. The position partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and optimize service delivery while supporting growth and complex M&A initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of operational leadership in large brokerages, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations.
