Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, scale operations, and drive service excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU and/or CIC designations. Remote work is supported with occasional on-site requirements and Terra Zone considerations.
