Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. You will partner with divisional and regional leaders to standardize processes, drive efficiency, and support growth across a large brokerage network.
The role requires an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC preferred, 5–7+ years of leadership, and strong analytical, stakeholder, and change-management skills.
