Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director of Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive workflow standardization, and optimize P&C performance. The role partners with regional leadership and producers to deliver exceptional client service and scalable processes.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, a valid P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations preferred. Remote work is offered with some hybrid onsite requirements per policy.
