Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency workflows. The role partners with regional leadership to standardize processes, drive efficiency, and deliver superior client service while maximizing shareholder value.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license (CPCU/CIC preferred), and strong experience with EPIC. Remote work is supported with occasional on-site needs.
