Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, optimize workflows, and support growth. The role partners with divisional leadership to standardize processes and drive performance across the organization.
Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership, an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and strong communication skills to influence a matrixed organization. Remote work is preferred with potential onsite as needed.
