Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leadership to drive workflow standardization, process optimization, and scalability across a large brokerage.
The role requires 5–7+ years of operational leadership in Commercial Lines, an active P&C license, and is ideally supported by CPCU/CIC; EPIC experience is highly valued.
