Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive workflow standardization, and oversee integration initiatives across the brokerage group.
The role requires active P&C license and 5–7+ years in a leadership capacity within a large agency, with CPCU/CIC strongly preferred. Remote/hybrid options are available with some onsite needs at times.
