Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for the Commercial P&C practice. The role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and deliver exceptional client service while supporting growth and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU or CIC, and 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a large broker. Remote work is preferred with occasional onsite collaboration as needed.
