Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert, partnering with senior leadership to advance objectives, optimize operations, and strengthen performance across the Commercial Lines portfolio. The role requires 5–7+ years of operational leadership within a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation or equivalent.
EPIC expertise and process optimization experience are highly valued.
