Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Property & Casualty. The role partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize service delivery, and drive growth while maintaining exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations are strongly preferred. Remote work is allowed with occasional hybrid onsite needs.
