Job description
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with regional leaders to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and support producers and operational teams in delivering excellent client service.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, holds an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
