Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations remotely, with preference for Central Time Zone hours. The role partners with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional client service while supporting growth, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
Ideal candidates will hold an active P&C license, CPCU and/or CIC, and 5–7+ years in a commercial lines leadership
