Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. You will partner with regional leaders to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and improve client outcomes while supporting strategic M&A integration and scalable processes.
The role requires a current Property & Casualty license, CPCU/CIC designation (preferred), and 5–7+ years in a leadership capacity within a large brokerage or agency.
