Job description
The United Service Organizations (USO) seeks a Director of Donor Stewardship and Engagement to lead comprehensive, multi-channel donor stewardship programs. You will manage staff, drive innovation in cultivation and retention, and align strategies across fundraising programs to maximize donor value.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, pipeline development for principal gifts, and ensuring timely, meaningful donor communications and reports.
