Job description
Neurona Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Drug Safety Operations to lead the global safety and pharmacovigilance function, oversee outsourced partners, and ensure timely case processing and regulatory compliance. This role reports to Head of Drug Safety and requires strong program management in a fast-paced biotech setting.
Remote work with travel to South San Francisco HQ (<10%) and collaboration across clinical teams, QA, and medical writing to support safety reporting, DSURs, and regulatory submissions.
