Job description
Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a multi-team organization building OT cybersecurity products, notably the Dragos Platform.
This role reports to the VP of Engineering and manages 35–50 people across multiple discipline-based communities. You will drive engineering standards, coach managers, and partner with product directors to staff cross-functional teams, while advancing AI-assisted development and responsible use principles.
