Job description
Premise Health is seeking a Director of Portfolio Management to lead governance, portfolio metrics, and value delivery for enterprise initiatives. This full-time remote role partners with ERP, PMO, and IT leaders to drive continuous improvement and lean portfolio practices.
You will oversee demand intake, roadmaps, KPIs, and governance processes, coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with business strategy.
