Job description
Opala seeks a Director of Data,REMOTE, to lead the data organization and drive technical execution of the data strategy. You will build and scale data infrastructure connecting payer/provider systems, creating unified patient records powering product offerings.
You will partner with the CTO to define data strategy, ensure robust, compliant, scalable data solutions, and guide data governance, quality, and documentation. Leadership in a high-growth startup is essential.
