Job description
Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) seeks a Director of Human Health & Safety to lead the company’s safety strategy across its manufacturing network. This role combines remote work with a hybrid on-site presence in New Ulm, MN, and requires travel up to 50%.
You will drive a world-class safety culture, establish KPIs, oversee regulatory compliance (OSHA/DOT), and partner with leadership to reduce injuries and incidents while advancing Lean and continuous improvement programs.
