Job description
Victory Addiction Recovery Center is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead growth, referrals and marketing across our Lafayette, LA area. The role focuses on developing/retening physician and professional referrals, expanding services, and coordinating with facility leadership to optimize census and profitability.
The DBD will supervise a team, establish strategic plans, and act as a liaison with referral sources, insurers, and community partners to advance the center's mission.
