Job description
Hanover Research in Arlington, VA is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to optimize technology, data, and processes across marketing programs. You will lead marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead lifecycle management, partnering with Demand Gen and Rev Ops to drive pipeline efficiency.
The role requires 6–9 years in marketing tech/operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with proven cross‑functional collaboration. Hybrid work with EST hours is expected.
