Job description
Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations across VA, WV, MD, and DC with remote work and travel. The role leads staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives.
You will partner with operations leadership, ensure compliance, coordinate with pharmacy and delivery, and mentor nursing staff. A current RN license and 6+ years in home health/infusion with 3+ years in leadership are required. Willingness to travel 25% is essential.
