Job description
Azuga, a Bridgestone company, is seeking a Director, Order-to-Cash to lead the end-to-end O2C function for a United States remote role. This position will oversee orders, billing, collections and customer issue resolution, with direct leadership of a Bangalore-based team and ownership of the Zuora platform.
The role drives process improvements, revenue reporting accuracy and collections performance, partnering with data and technology teams to deliver a superior customer experience.
