Job description
MB2 Dental Solutions is seeking a Director of Orthodontic Operations to lead multiple Western-region orthodontic practices. The role partners with Orthodontist owners and office leaders to drive growth, performance, and patient care.
Based in a remote capacity with approximately 50% travel, you will mentor leaders, monitor KPIs, and implement scalable programs across sites while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
