Job description
The Community Preservation Corporation is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Portfolio Asset Management to oversee CPC’s multifamily loan portfolio, including affordable housing, LIHTC, and Agency assets.
You will lead Managers and Asset Managers, drive credit discipline, and coordinate with borrowers, guarantors, and Agency partners to preserve asset value. This remote role supports teams across Missouri, Kansas, and Texas, with periodic travel to NY offices.
