MacKenzie-Childs is seeking a Director of Product Development, Decor to lead end-to-end product development for Core and Seasonal Décor, partnering with Design to create compelling assortments that drive sales and profitability.

The role requires strong cross‑functional leadership across Design, Planning, Marketing, Sales and Operations, with accountability for timelines, budget, and team development.
